At Banxware, we try to keep the interview process as lean as possible and are transparent along the way. You can expect a first interview, where we want to get to know each other as well as your experience and motivation a bit better. The following interview round will focus more on your technical and skills experience. We might ask you to prepare a task upfront which you will present during the interview. This helps us to determine your approach in tackling projects and your thought process. Please note that the number of interviews varies depending on the role. Please feel always welcome to ask us any questions you might have in the interviews.
Once we completed the interview process, our hiring manager will carefully evaluate your skills and experience as well as team fit, together with the team. Of course, hiring is a two way street and you also need to evaluate if the role is a great fit and if you want to become a part of our team at Banxware. If you are as excited to work with us as we are, our hiring manager will set up a meeting with you to discuss the contractual details.
